The concept was simple: Design and construct an HVAC unit that can treat and deliver a variable amount of ventilation air, from any condition in the world, to specificaitons adjustable within - 40 to 150 deg F, and 0% to 100% RH.  Fisen's design and applications engineering team worked with the customer to deliver a unit that meets these requirements.  This unit is designed to simulate almost any air condition an appliance could encounter in the inhabited world, which includes the extreme conditions listed above.  The unit can add or subtract energy from the air to cause temperature changes, and can add or subtract humidity from the air as the customer requires.  The customer can also 'dial in' the exact amount of airflow the machine should deliver at any point in time.  This sophisticated piece of equipment allows the appliance manufacturer to quickly test their products in varying conditions, so that the product development cycle is shortened, and the time to market is reduced, resulting in more products sold and lower R & D costs over time.

Fisen Corporation supplied custom-built multizone replacement units to a representative that previously had no solution to offer their customers. With the assistance of Fisen, the representative was able to work with a customers that needed a solution for the old rooftop multizone units on their school buildings. Together, the representative and Fisen Corporation were able to secure a very large and successful order that would have been forfeited without Fisen's intervention. The customer purchased quality units at a reduced price, and was able to do business with the representative that they preferred.   A year later, the customer, the representative, and Fisen Corporation are working on many more such opportunities that have beconme apparent since the first project.
