Custom Air Handlers

Many of our Custom Air Handler units are specially designed to fit within existing building constraints, such as alley ways, mechanical rooms, and roof spaces or roof curbs. Fisen’s unique ability to combine design and usability allow us to provide equipment that meets your requirements exactly.  The drawings pictured below are an example of a custom air handler unit produced by Fisen for a large industrial client. This unit is 100 tons with a footprint of 7'6" wide, 10' tall and 36' long. It needed to fit an existing building application with tight space contraints. Multizone units

Fisen can customize new, off-the-shelf standard HVAC equipment so that it can replace old rooftop Multizone units. The unit is reconfigured to match the existing ductwork and roof structures. These can be configured with any controls package that is desired and they are also available in the standard by-pass VAV , reheat, or zoned reheat. Reheat options are available in Gas, Electric, or Hot Water. A popular feature in these multizone replacement units is to package the building's hot water system within the unit, eliminating the need for a mechanical room in the building.

Custom Refrigeration

Fisen has experience with all types of custom refrigeration work, from packaged DX systems to custom modifications. Refrigeration specials include hot gas reheat, hot gas reclaim, reheat zone coils, and even using hot gas from condensing units to heat domestic hot water.
